Deformation strengthening processes such as surface shot peening, rolling and other processes are often used to improve the fatigue resistance of workpieces. Based on experimental and theoretical research methods, the project systematically studies the common basic problems in the surface shot peening process of hot forming mold anti-fatigue failure. The research contents include: (1) the relationship between the surface deformation strengthening process parameters and the residual stress distribution; (2) the evolution law of the residual stress under the action of high temperature and external force; (3) the mechanism of the residual stress on the formation of fatigue cracks; (4) Optimal control of surface deformation strengthening process and prediction of fatigue life.
