Bright annealing furnaces are medium-sized industrial furnaces and are elongated. The furnace temperature of the transformed bright annealing furnace is divided into three zones, during which the workpiece is pushed into the furnace by the pusher. The first zone - the heating zone, has four burners arranged in staggered rows on both sides of the wall, and the track is made of refractory bricks. Arch support, so that the workpiece can be heated on both sides, and then forward is the second and third zones - constant temperature zone, four burners are staggered at the same height on both sides of the wall. The eight burners are all low-pressure eddy current burners. There are spacer beams between the first zone and the second zone, and two composite metal heat exchangers are installed on the front and rear top of the furnace. Both sides of the furnace walls and the furnace bottom are made of bricks, and the furnace top is made of refractory fiber felt. A high-pressure fan is used to supply combustion-supporting air and exhaust air together. There are regulating valves and flow orifices on the gas main pipe and the air main pipe, and a regulating valve on the ejection air main pipe, together with a set of leading microcomputer control system, display instruments and protection equipment.
