(3) To prevent scalds and burns under high temperature operation, equip with necessary labor protection articles.

(4) Prevent the direct damage to the operator caused by the early reporting, handling, and use of hazardous materials and the harmful reaction products of the materials, and establish corresponding operation and storage procedures.

(5) Prevent the direct damage of dust from sandblasting and other processes. The equipment should be airtight and exhausted for dust removal.

(6) Reduce the noise in the workshop and take noise reduction and sound insulation measures.

(7) To prevent fire in the workshop, the quenching oil in the workshop should have a cooling oil circulation system, emergency oil discharge measures and fire prevention measures. The placement position of flammable materials, such as hydrogen, acetylene, propane, butane, etc., and the reliability of conveying pipelines and valves should all meet the requirements.

(8) The workshop workshop should meet the requirements of the thermal processing workshop, with fire prevention and good ventilation and heating conditions, and maintain a suitable temperature.

(9) The lighting in the workshop must be of sufficient intensity, which is conducive to the production and operation of workers, so as to reduce operational errors and accidents.
