Matters needing attention in the use of rapid quenching furnace.

With the widespread use of microcomputer controllable technology in the production of rapid quenching furnaces, special attention must be paid during the operation:

(1) Before starting the machine, the air in the pipeline of the methanol cracking furnace must be completely discharged;

(2) Methanol is harmful to human body and environment, and it is necessary to prevent leakage in storage and transportation pipelines;

(3) CO and H2 in the exhaust gas of the furnace gas are flammable, explosive and toxic, and should be fully incinerated at the furnace mouth;

(4) Check whether the circulating cooling water, furnace bottom mixing fan, atmosphere pressure, furnace body seal, and thermocouple are normal. After continuous use, carbon black may be generated in the methanol cracking furnace and scattered in the furnace reactor, and the carbon black must be removed once per furnace.

Incomplete decoking of the furnace will result in:

(1) The temperature measurement of the thermocouple is incorrect due to the formation of carbon deposits, which makes the temperature of the heating element too high and causes the heating element to be damaged;

(2) The methanol cracking is incomplete and the atmosphere is less, which affects the quality of the process. Furnace decarbonization process: close the main valve of methanol into the furnace, close the outlet ball valve of methanol flowmeter, open the upper ball valve and use small steel rods or compressed air to discharge the carbon deposits from the outlet of the lower ball valve out of the furnace. If the carbon deposition in the furnace reactor is serious, the reactor must be turned over to enter its interior for finishing. After a small continuous carburizing furnace is used for a period of time, carbon black and other debris may occur in the methanol cracking gas pipeline, and carbon black must be removed regularly according to the situation. The method is to open the furnace cover of the annealing furnace to seal the methanol cracking gas, so that the methanol cracking gas pipeline is not connected with the methanol cracking furnace, open the compressed air, and blow out the debris in the methanol cracking gas pipeline until there is no black smoke in the annealing furnace. . Some other pipes, such as the analyzer inlet pipe, can also be treated with compressed air. In case of leakage, use soapy water for leak detection.
